When God created My Toes

At various points in our youth, we have all wondered, “Where did I come from?”  Dandi Daley Mackall draws inspiration from Psalms 139 and presents a rhyming read for a kid that is sure to entertain!

When God Created My Toes is written from a child's point of view and explores all the things that went into their own creation. With messy hands and a concentrated look, the child asks, "When God created my hands; Did my fingers snap? Did he help me clap? Did we cheer for angel bands when God created my hands?" Children will see that God created every aspect of them in a perfect way. The actions show how God delights in each child and lets them use their bodies to explore the world around them. The illustrations presented by David Hohn are perfectly interwoven into the text and provide for a great backdrop for the younger ones to explore as this book is read to them.

If you have a preschooler who is prone to ask questions, this would make for a great Christmas gift!
